On Monday, India wicket-keeper Jim Posted a video of the session. Pant can be seen cycling hard. He was accompanied by a physical trainer. As happy as his fans are happy to see Pant’s fitness video, comments have also flown from Australia. Delhi Capitals team-mate David Warner wrote, “I am very happy to see this.”
Pant’s surgery came after he was involved in a car accident late last year. He has also been fighting to get back on the field for a long time. His rehab is going on in full swing at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. It goes without saying that this video on social media is bringing some relief to Rishabh Pant in the Indian camp. Pant has given updates on his fitness several times in the past. A few months ago, he posted a video that showed two different pictures.
The first part of the video is from the early days of going to the NCA. It can be seen that Rishabh is climbing the stairs very hard with bandages tied to his right knee. As he reached the last step of the stairs, the pain in his eyes was palpable. The second part of the video shows that he has become quite fit in the last few months. The next part is the current situation. It doesn’t hurt anymore. The cricketer is coming up the stairs smoothly.

However, Rohit Sharma had earlier said about Pant’s World Cup match, “Rishabh Pant is not ready yet. With the reports we have at the moment, he is not ready for the Asia Cup. Rohit did not say anything about whether he can return to the ODI World Cup 2023, but it can be assumed that Pant’s return to the World Cup is virtually impossible.
